Starbucks Corp. in Alberta seeks a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive financial success and build a strong team in the community. You will delight customers through human connections and autonomously manage day-to-day activities with brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, retail experience and a focus on results, with availability for full-time hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

• 3 years retail / customer service management experience.

We’d love to hear from people with:

• 3 years retail / customer service management experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

• Minimum High School or GED

Requirements:

• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
• Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is between $61,000 - $80,875 CAD Annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
