With 3 years of retail or customer service management, you lead with heart, coach your partners, and manage schedules, inventory and customer moments. This role requires a full-time commitment, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays,

We’d love to hear from people with:

• 3 years retail / customer service management experience

Requirements:

• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
• Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is between $62,500 - $82,600 Annually CAD Annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
