Job Details

Location: 109-2130 Louie Dr, Westbank, BC V4T 3E5 (On site)

Salary: $43,600 to $46,600 per year (negotiable) – 40 hours per week

Employment type: Permanent, Full time

Schedule: Morning, Day, Weekend – starts as soon as possible

Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Sell merchandise and perform opening and closing activities
  • Balance and deposit cash, complete sales transactions
  • Provide staff training and perform human resource planning and development
  • Assemble, install and set up merchandise/products
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 to less than 5 years of experience in retail management or a fashion boutique
  • Proficiency with point of sale systems and MS Outlook
  • Computer and technology knowledge
  • Experience with women’s clothing (preferred)
  • Security requirements: Bondable, criminal record check, driver’s licence verification
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environment, under pressure, standing for extended periods, and to multitask
