Job summary

Le candidat idéal aura une expérience de 2 à 3 ans et sera responsable de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing, de l'analyse de marché, et de la gestion des budgets. Responsibilities

  • Gérer le personnel et assigner les tâches.
  • Étudier les recherches de marché et les tendances pour déterminer la demande des consommateurs.
  • Déterminer la marchandise et les services à vendre.
  • Implémenter les politiques de prix et de crédits.
  • Sélectionner et se procurer la marchandise pour la revente.

  • Planifier les budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses.
  • Déterminer les besoins en personnel.
  • Résoudre les problèmes, y compris les demandes des clients et les pénuries d'approvisionnement.
  • Recruter, embaucher et superviser le personnel.
  • Gérer l'administration des paies.
  • Conduire des évaluations de performance.
  • Planifier, organiser, diriger et évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.
