Fisherman’s Market International Inc., based in Halifax, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Bedford Highway location. You will lead daily store operations, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold our seafood-focused brand in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Seafood industry experience is required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong organization, problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory management and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with focus on service, quality, and efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, merchandising, and stock rotation.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners.
