Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school.
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management.
