Job summary

Lamarel is seeking a store lead who loves the brand and genuinely enjoys working with people. You will lead on the shop floor, own sales targets, coach the team, and ensure every customer feels valued as you set the tone for service and store presentation.

You will manage stock, merchandising, events, and reporting, stay connected with head office, and recruit new team members. Fluent German and English is required; the role comes with a 13th‑month salary, five weeks of holiday, and staff

Qualifications

• Retail experience with team leadership preferred.
• Strong German & English proficiency.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with strong organization.

• Independent with ownership mindset.
