JYSK Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure operations meet standards. You will supervise the management team, implement strategies, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
You will recruit and develop staff, manage store performance, and uphold loss prevention practices while adapting to market changes and weekend/evening shifts as needed.

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. You will lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store. You will also be accountable for the loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
