Job summary

goeasy in Nanaimo seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and achieve branch goals, while overseeing schedules, payroll, and daily admin tasks.

You will craft exceptional in-person, phone, and email customer experiences, educate on financial products, and drive cross-sell opportunities. A Class 5 license is required; background checks are mandatory. Competitive CAD pay with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small, high-performing team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Class 5 Driver's License and able to support with deliveries as needed.

A day in the life of a Store Manager:

• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product
• Educate and empowercustomers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
• Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products
• Building strategic and efficient ways to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products
• Review andevaluateprospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments
• Managecollectionsactivities for all past due financial accounts
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail

What we are looking for:

• Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment

We are offering$53,000.00 - $63,000.00/year CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn more through our bonus program.
