Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, manage P&L performance, and lead a unionized team with integrity and efficiency.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching, motivating staff, and executing operational initiatives.
  • Hire, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with HSSE standards and promote a safe work environment.
