Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. West Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to develop the store team and contribute to strategic execution that protects brand equity and drives customer satisfaction.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, train new hires, manage payroll, cash handling, and inventory, and ensure visual standards. The role requires 3+ years of progressive retail leadership, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the store team and contribute to successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence.
• Assumes responsibility for store in the absence of Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
• Lead and participate in training for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs to drive engagement and retention.
• Accountable for payroll management, cash handling and inventory control, while ensuring adherence to store procedures.
• Lead merchandising to meet visual standards and ensure timely, flawless product presentation and housekeeping.
