Lovisa America is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team as we open new locations across America. You will lead by example, coach and develop your team, and help achieve store KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Lovisa was created to offer on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. As a Lovisa ambassador, you will drive sales techniques, maintain in-store standards and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Store management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team to deliver results.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Open availability for the retail work week.
• Proven track record of delivering targets (KPIs).
