Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in Victoria. This entry-level role covers cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and possibly foodservice tasks. Training will prepare you to excel and grow through internal promotion opportunities.

You will deliver friendly customer service, maintain a clean environment, and contribute to safety and efficiency while supporting rewards programs and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning and stocking are core duties.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn with provided training.

Retail Sales Associate

Crew positions are entry level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. As one would expect, cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking are part of the role with some foodservice positions specifically tasked with food prep and foodservice safety. What you might not expect is the camaraderie of the store team and fun interactions with customers. Cashier, customer service, retail or foodservice experience is great, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.12 Hourly
