UNIQLO Canada Inc. is hiring part-time Store Associates for the Oshawa Centre location. We are a leading brand under the Fast Retailing Group, dedicated to quality clothing at affordable prices.

You will provide outstanding customer service, learn product knowledge, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with opportunities for promotion every 3 months, plus employee discounts and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Requirements

• Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO's values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company's brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
