UNIQLO Scarborough Town Centre is hiring part-time Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, help shoppers find products, and share in-depth product knowledge. We are seeking individuals who aspire to grow and develop into true professionals.

Qualifications

• Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week.
• Flexibility in schedule availability and ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to reflect UNIQLO’s values and mission.
• Remain knowledgeable about the brand, products, and current store promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Uphold fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers as needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a POS system.
• Other duties as assigned.

TheStore Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
