Dollarama is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations, merchandise handling, stocking, and checkout processes. You will assist with receiving shipments, stock placement, and maintenance while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include packing/unpacking pallets, boxing shipments, supervising self-checkouts, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. Training and schedule flexibility are expected.

The Store Associate performs all general operations duties and participates in the merchandise receiving process according to company standards, which includes:

• Packing and unpacking daily pallets.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Lifting boxes of products to ensure proper product placement.
• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Helping with the store maintenance.
• Processing checkout transactions and supervising self-service checkouts.
