Job summary

Liquor Depot Cascade, a part of SNDL, is hiring for a customer-focused retail team member. You will greet customers, answer questions, operate the cash register, restock shelves, and help maintain a clean store environment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include strong customer service experience and a valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain). Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and work with a supportive team are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Must hold a valid ProServe Certification (or be willing to obtain it before starting).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.

About Liquor Depot Liquor Depot is a convenience retail liquor outlet with over 20 locations in Alberta. We are your one stop shop for beer, wine, spirits, mixes and more in trusted neighbourhood locations. We stock the items you need for the moments in life you need them!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

About You
