Responsibilities

• Ensure store runs smoothly under management oversight and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet store goals and maintain corporate standards.
• Coordinate sales activities to optimize profitability and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Train team members on product features and selling techniques.
• Assist in scheduling and aligning staffing with store traffic and performance.
• Support HR tasks such as performance evaluations and recruitment efforts.
• Maintain store visuals, displays, and planograms in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with mall administration to ensure smooth operations.
