Job summary

U-Haul in London, Ontario is seeking a Storage Facility Housekeeper to keep the facility clean and inviting. You will sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop across storage units, hallways, restrooms and common areas to maintain a professional enviroment.

You will also manage cleaning supply inventory, dispose of trash, and ensure safety protocols. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Work Environment

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
