Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Production Stockroom team in Edmonton, AB. The role includes hiring, training, and directing staff, ensuring accurate processing of orders, and managing cost controls in the stockroom.

The position is a management role with accountability for bottom-line results and requires hands-on ability to perform stockroom tasks, including standing for long shifts and handling garment repairs and emblem work.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Preferred: experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of production supervisory experience.
• Preferred: availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production Stockroom team.
• Hire, motivate, train and direct staff in the warehouse stockroom.
• Ensure accuracy of orders placed/filled.
• Oversee emblem application/stripping and garment repairs.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced and dynamic Production Stockroom team. Responsibilities include hiring, motivating, training and directing individuals who are performing various entry level positions in our warehouse stockroom of uniform garments;managing the accuracy of orders placed/filled;application/stripping of emblems;repairs of garments and overall location material costs percentages. This is a management position with management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results. Hands-on responsibilities involve being able to perform the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing,twisting, stretching, bending and lifting overan entire shift.
