Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service Operations: Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and store perimeter, and return them safely to designated storage areas using Walmart approved procedures; ensure required logs are completed accurately.
• Respond to Customer and Store Needs: Respond promptly to requests from all registers and Customer Service; assist customers with carry outs and carry ins and verify receipts for proof of purchase when required.
• Maintain Clean Facilities and Equipment: Conduct occasional cleaning and maintenance duties, including restrooms, following guidelines for chemical handling, proper disposal, and safe use of power equipment; complete inspections before use.
• Follow Safety Standards and Procedures: Adhere to safety and emergency protocols, including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines.
• Promote a Safe and Hazard Free Work Environment: Use required PPE including steel toe footwear and reflective vest; complete safety sweeps and follow company policies to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations.
