Job summary

Walmar in Oakville, ON is seeking an Associate to provide outstanding customer service and stocking support in a safe, clean environment at 234 Hays Blvd. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, and assist with purchase decisions while maintaining shelves and stock integrity.

Responsibilities include reviewing workloads, signing merchandise, handling CAP/VizPicking bins, and ensuring proper fixtures and tools are used.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
