Job summary

Walmart in Calgary, AB is seeking an Associate to provide customer service by stocking and organizing merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute daily duties based on workload and operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating items, restocking, and supporting the Customer Availability process. A minimum starting hourly rate of $16.65 applies.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
