Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Spruce Grove is looking for an Associate to support stocking and customer service tasks in a safe, clean environment.

You will work as part of a team to plan duties based on workload and store priorities, greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and help maintain shelves and fixtures. The role starts at CAD 16.15 per hour with opportunities to contribute to store operations and learn Walmart policies.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
