Walmart Inc. in Brandon, MB is seeking a Stock Associate to provide customer service, stock aisles, assist customers, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

You will load/unload stock, sign merchandise, manage backroom readiness, and support the Customer Availability Process. The role starts at CAD 16.55 per hour with opportunities to grow.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary...To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment.
