Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to support unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. You will assist with stocking, provide customer service, and help ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age 16. The starting pay is CAD 17.45 per hour, with the potential to progress based on performance and store needs.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading merchandise: prepare and reset the Receiving Area and unload general merchandise trailers.
• Handle and move merchandise safely: maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pull pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Stocking and customer support: assist with stocking the sales floor and provide customer service to support a positive shopping experience.
• Overstock organization: label and place overstock merchandise in designated areas to aid inventory management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment: follow Walmart policies to ensure a safe, clean, hazard-free workspace and complete safety logs.
