Job summary

Walmart Canada in Calgary, AB is hiring a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers and move pallets to the sales floor while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

You will help support a positive customer experience and contribute to store success in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers active work with opportunities to grow skills in inventory handling and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading Merchandise
• Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers
• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely
• Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
• Stocking and Customer Support
• Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience
• Overstock Organization
• Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment
• Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
