Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate in Saint-Jérôme, QC to unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor. You will support a positive customer experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a dynamic, retail environment.

The role includes shelving and organizing stock, handling refrigerated items, and being flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs. Minimum pay starts at $18.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading merchandise: prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads trailers
• Handle and move merchandise safely: maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated products and pulls pallets to the sales floor
• Stocking and customer support: assists with stocking the sales floor and provides customer service
• Overstock organization: labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment: follows policies to maintain a safe, clean workplace including safety sweep logs
• Flexibility: able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Potential challenges: high task volume in a fast-paced environment and overnight hours management
• Physical demands: standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
