• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items
• Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
• Packs totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Support Customers and Team Operations
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, assisting and resolving issues
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following hygiene and safety procedures; operates equipment safely
