Job summary

London Drugs is hiring for a Stock Service (Early Morning 5 A.M.) role in British Columbia. The position focuses on moving merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store with strong emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting at checkouts, label maintenance, housekeeping, and responding to customer needs in a fast-paced environment. Training and advancement opportunities are offered within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday starting as early as 5 A.M.
• Experience in merchandising and strong communication skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service.

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise between sales and stock areas and assist with housekeeping.
• Wrap at cash/checkouts and perform stock service duties as required.
• Support the stocking team by placing warehouse orders on shelves promptly and maintaining stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous manner.

Stock Service (Early Morning 5 A.M.)

The Stock Service (Early Morning) position is generally responsible for providing physical assistance in moving merchandise between sales and stock areas, as well as general housekeeping, wrapping at cash check outs, and other Stock Service related duties, as required.

This position is an important aspect of the company’s ability to fulfill our mission statement, which is to provide a superior shopping experience every day. Accordingly, this individual must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

The primary role of the Stocking Team is to put out the warehouse order onto the shelves in as timely a manner as possible. The teams are usually scheduled based on the warehouse deliveries and volume of store business. Other duties include putting out direct orders, filling ad stocks and out of stocks, label maintenance, housekeeping and facing, as well as other duties as required.

In addition to the above duties, this is also a customer service position which requires customer contact. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
