Job summary

Walmart is seeking an associate at the Granby, QC store to deliver friendly customer service while stocking and organizing merchandise to maintain product availability. You’ll greet customers, help locate items, and ensure accurate signing and shelving as part of a cooperative team.

Responsibilities include supporting the Customer Availability Process, maintaining fixtures, and keeping the backroom ready for stock unloading.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and stock merchandise safely.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
