Job summary

Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Stock Associate at the Armani Exchange Outlet in Toronto Premium Outlets. You will support merchandising, drive strong merchandise flow and contribute to a superior client experience on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity and a results-driven mindset, with duties including back-of-house stock control and replenishment to ensure optimal store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a similar position is preferred.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork.
• Preferred Retail System knowledge.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies on the sales floor.

As an associate with Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team, who you will work with to drive sales, support an excellent client experience and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to support the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

As a Stock Associate, you will assist in the execution of merchandising strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line, and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business.

To be successful in this role you will operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset and be results driven. As a member of the team accountable for the back of house, you will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices, markdown execution and stock accuracy
