Job summary

Mercor is seeking STEM PhDs and technical domain experts for a remote contract role. You will contribute expert knowledge to a cutting-edge project using state-of-the-art large language models and generate high-quality data by tackling difficult problems in your domain.

You will evaluate AI model performance through rigorous testing and provide feedback to improve training data quality. You will collaborate with AI research teams while working independently and asynchronously to meet project

Qualifications

• PhD or advanced degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
• High attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$80/hour
Location: Remote

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
