Job summary

Qualifications

• CCRN or specialty courses may be required.
• Experience in stem cell transplant is preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plan outpatient appointments and treatments in the Stem Cell Unit.
• Provide clinical nursing care to stem cell transplant patients.
• Monitor patient status pre- and post transplant, inpatient and outpatient.
• Educate patients, families and staff on transplant care.
