Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in vehicle dynamics.
  • Experience with SIL/HIL or other virtual environments and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in automotive software standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Solution Assurance strategy for steering controls software products.
  • Lead Built-in-Quality (BiQ) initiatives for the Steering ART.
  • Analyze quality metrics and testing results to improve software products.
  • Guide the team in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices.
