• Proficiency with CAD software: AutoCAD, Inventor, CREO or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commissioning activities and optimization of industrial installations/equipment.
• Assess project risks and decide on viability to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop indicators to monitor process stability and performance.
• Design parts and tooling using CAD software (Inventor, Creo, or similar).
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance staff to support improvements.
• Participate in machine modifications to improve safety and efficiency.
