Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts across a pre-determined region
  • Establish opportunities for our Sales team to present our value-proposition to strategic Senior Executive and
Management level and contacts
  • Maximize existing relationships by engaging clients as their primary touch point with Randstad Canada.
  • Develop business specifically for branch sales teams across Western Canada.
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure all lines of business within Randstad Canada are effectively represented to the existing customer base.
  • Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Provide constant analysis of the market and industry to Management.
Recruitment Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and conduct intake calls on all assigned requisitions.
  • Recruit through various sourcing methods, ATS systems, and modern media connections.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, and social media.
  • Execute the activities to meet weekly goals and gain results.
  • Utilize technology and sourcing methodologies to develop a candidate pipeline.
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
  • Present a slate of candidates to meet client deliverables and SLA.
  • Sell candidates on employment opportunities, extend, and finalize offers.
  • Coach and retain talent via phone, virtually, and in-person.

Qualifications

  • Confidence in interacting with internal and external Executive and Management contacts
  • Advanced internet mining and research skills would be an asset
