The role involves managing staffing functions and collaborating with unit managers using a computerized scheduling system. Position Summary Northern Health is looking for experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Staffing Clerks. There are a variety of positions available including permanent and temporary full-time positions. Reporting to the Coordinator, Staffing Services or designate, the incumbent works closely with unit managers to provide a high level of staffing services to meet both short and long term staff scheduling needs. Using a computerized scheduling system, the clerk performs related staffing functions following standard staffing guidelines.
Hours of work will vary by positions available and can include: Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00, or other schedules based on the position. Details about hours of work and schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.
