Ideal candidates have 8+ years in ATE test development, strong scripting in Python or Java, and experience releasing test programs to OSAT. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

In this role as a part of the product engineering team you will be focused on High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) testing, developing novel wafer and package level ATE testing strategies of Lightmatter’s Silicon Photonics products. You will be expected to support customer deployment and related technical issues.
Salary Range: total compensation goes beyond base salary, it also includes a new hire equity grant, annual performance‑based equity, and other rewards that recognize your impact and contribution. $115,000 CAD - $155,000 CAD
