Job summary

Mozilla is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the search strategy for Firefox Desktop across Windows, macOS, and Linux. You will balance user privacy with revenue growth and partner strategy.

Lead experiments, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business Development to ship innovative search experiences and measure impact across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with revenue ownership.
• Experience in search, discovery, AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and product implications.
• Proven experimentation program experience with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent with product analytics tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for search features in Firefox Desktop, driving engagement and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points and default experiences.
• Define success metrics with Data Science and translate insights into decisions.
• Partner with Business Development to support search partnerships and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and ship innovative search experiences.
• Balance user privacy, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes in a shifting landscape.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identifying risks and opportunities.
