About the role:
This is a critical role of ‘Team Lead’ for our cross-functional “Cash Advance” Mission Aligned Team (MAT) to help fulfill Super+ members’ immediate Cash needs to manage their emergencies, bills and utilities.
You will be accountable for the OKRs and outcomes of your product domain in growth (performance marketing, organic), acquisition, funnel conversion, approval rates, take rates, retention, LTV:CAC, repayments and other key metrics. You will work directly with risk, engineers, product managers, designers, data analysts, growth leads, legal, compliance and many other cross-functional partners to deliver business results, develop product strategy, execute flawlessly, and measurably enhance Super+ members\' lives. You’ll work with an exceptional Product Manager as your co-pilot to execute your sprints.
You’ll report directly to the Group PM for Financial Products and interface and present to executives (like the GM, Leadership Team) on a routine basis. We are looking for someone who is an excellent leader, has experience with building successful 0-1 products, has scaled existing products, drives teams to execute in ambiguous circumstances, and is able to dig deep into the data, extract key insights, and make critical decisions based on analysis. We want someone with a strong bias for action, takes ownership, and comes with solutions to problems we didn’t know existed.
The teammate that will thrive in this role can sway through great storytelling, can operate deep in the weeds in sprints and ceremonies and also look up to the future, and is able to debate from a first principles and data driven perspective. You’ll experiment routinely, collaborate with research teams weekly, and completely own the roadmap for your MAT. $154,000 - $216,000 a year As a remote-first organization we use benchmarking data reflective of your geographical areas to ensure our compensation package is competitive based on where you reside. Your TA partner will confirm which range applies to your location as part of the hiring process.
