Job description

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by đź‘‹

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Billing/Accounting (Financial Services) teams to build experiences and services that help drive the success of merchants across the globe. You will be responsible for overall team product direction and strategy, partnering closely with customers and internal teams to shape priorities and build the roadmap. This dynamic position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders, be productive and adaptable in the face of evolving business priorities, and take real ownership in solving our customers’ billing and accounting pain points.

If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, then this is the position for you!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Owning product strategy and roadmap for billing and accounting capabilities that support merchant growth and operational efficiency.
  • Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer value, business impact, and implementation complexity.
  • Gathering insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction.
  • Leading discovery to deeply understand merchant workflows across the billing lifecycle (e.g., invoicing, subscriptions/recurring billing, credits/refunds, dunning/collections, payment terms, reconciliation).
  • Building scalable financial automation experiences that reduce manual work and errors for merchants.
  • Defining and delivering accounting integrations and data flows with external systems
  • Creating clear product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members.
  • Driving implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap across multiple squads.
  • Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful launches and ensure a smooth merchant rollout.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on product success (adoption, retention, automation rates, reconciliation accuracy, time-to-close improvements, etc.).
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and serving as the Product SME for the domains you own.
  • Contributing as part of the wider Financial Services team to achieve organizational objectives, even if that means doing things outside a strict role boundary.
What you need to bring:
  • Proven product management track record delivering SaaS products at scale, ideally in billing, invoicing, accounting platforms, financial automation, or commerce operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus).
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within ecommerce, financial automation, billing, accounting, and/or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of billing/invoicing systems and the end-to-end billing lifecycle (from pricing/packaging through invoicing, collections, and reconciliation).
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts and integrations, including general ledgers, financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep passion for improving merchant financial workflows through technology, with a customer‑centric approach to problem‑solving.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and lead teams toward shared outcomes.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, and a consistent record of shipping high‑quality software on time.
  • Solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics.
  • Experience working in parallel with multiple squads across different time zones.
  • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations.
  • Strong grasp of product strategy development and roadmapping tools.
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
  • MBA
  • Understanding of billing, accounting, invoicing, ecommerce and other products that are critical in retail merchant workflows
  • Retail and eCommerce industry experience
