Job summary

Okta is seeking a Staff Product Designer to tackle complex identity challenges, delivering seamless authentication experiences for end users and configurable flows for developers. You will guide strategy across login and MFA areas, partnering with product and engineers to raise the craft.

Qualifications

• Craft-focused design with typography, spacing and polished micro-interactions.
• Experience building scalable authentication interfaces and strong UI design sensibilities.
• Ability to collaborate across product and engineering to raise craft.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prototype at volume using AI tools and code to explore directions rapidly.
• Shape intuitive, scalable experiences for customers with strong security and composability.
• Design customization journeys that enable secure and frictionless authentication.
• Share design progress and insights across the design organization, including code and research findings.
