Staff Product Designer, Design and Build

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join the team building Webflow’s core designer. This product designer will define workflows, gestures, and common frameworks that enable Webflow users to design and build robust and scalable web experiences. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll drive discovery, research, and ideation, as well as partner closely with engineering and product management to plan and execute on exciting new product experiences in Webflow.

  • The base pay is structured by geographic markets; exact base pay within the range depends on location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • United States zones: Zone A: 175,800 - 247,700 USD; Zone B: 164,500 - 232,200 USD; Zone C: 154,200 - 217,600 USD
  • Canada zones (ON & BC): 199,300 - 281,100 CAD

Responsibilities
  • Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to untangle technical and user experience dependencies
  • Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
