Job summary

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• License - Pharmacist License (CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization in Alberta not required for NB)

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of the Pharmacy Operations.
• Provide patient care based on feedback from consultations or file reviews.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise as needed on the sales floor.
• Accept prescriptions and/or refill requests from customers, doctors or hospitals.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, safely, and in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Operate pharmacy equipment and protect patient privacy following provincial regulations.
• Ensure patients receive eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.) and support the business action plan.
