Job summary

Blakes inSource, a division of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, is seeking staff lawyers for its Toronto office to join a growing team. These staff lawyers will work closely with Partners and Associates on document review, due diligence, commercial contract review, NDA review and legislative updates, with initial contract work and potential transition to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Called to the Bar of Ontario is required.
• Licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada is required.
• Document review and/or due diligence experience is an asset.
• Corporate Commercial law experience is an asset.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
