Pursuit is seeking a hands-on Housekeeper/Maintenance role in a guest-focused environment. You will perform inspections after move-outs, handle basic repairs, and carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure rooms and public areas meet standards.

The role requires a valid Alberta driver’s license, reliable English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The starting wage is $24.00/hour, with Pursuit offering a range of employee perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping or maintenance experience.
• A valid Alberta driver’s license.
• Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete room inspections after move-outs to ensure cleanliness
• Complete basic repairs and attend to maintenance requests
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks and project work such as painting, coordinating furniture moves, troubleshooting appliances
• Snow removal and lawn care
• Support the Housing Manager with capital projects and staff housing improvements
• Assist the housing team with bi-monthly inspections
• Clean and prepare any rooms that do not meet established standards for move ins
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Clean public areas as required (such as kitchens and bathrooms)
• Arrange for monthly common area clear outs
• Meet and greet new team members as instructed by the housing team
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
