Job summary

Elastify is hiring a senior frontend engineer to shape the UI for AI-native private equity tools. You will own dashboards, data visuals and performance-critical components, collaborating with product, design and backend teams to deliver scalable interfaces.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, focusing on innovative UI patterns and robust frontend architecture to empower investment professionals with real-time insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience building production-grade web applications.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc).
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Recharts, D3.js or Highcharts.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, CSS-in-JS) and component libraries (Radix UI, Shadcn/ui, MUI, Ant Design).
• Demonstrated awareness of best practices in UI architecture and development.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Leadership and teamwork across cross-functional teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and passion for new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend foundation for AI-native products used across private equity workflows.
• Become a product expert in private equity workflows through close collaboration with investment teams.
• Build innovative dashboards and financial interfaces where no templates exist.
• Own critical UI components turning complex data into performant frontend solutions.
• Partner with Product, Design and Backend Engineering on architecture and data flows.
• Integrate with real-time and AI-powered analytics to aid deal sourcing and valuation.
• Adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment across UI, visualization and API wiring.
