• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years in software design and architecture.
• 5 years with ML design and infrastructure.
• Experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or other ML fields.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their business issues.
• Design, co-develop, debug, and deploy custom conversational AI agents.
• Create reusable tools, documentation, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on agent improvement and performance tuning.
• Serve as a feedback loop to core Product and Development teams.
