As the Staff Accountant you will be involved in …
  • Assist with month‑end closings including account analyses, account reconciliations (intercompany intangibles and other receivables) and preparation of key continuity schedules;
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reporting packages including variance analysis
  • Support the preparation of monthly consolidated results, quarterly & annual external financial statement(s) (including note disclosures) and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (“MD&A”);
  • Prepare journal entries as necessary;
  • Assist with quarterly reviews and year‑end audits;
  • Provide cross‑functional assistance to other teams to support new and ongoing business initiatives;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement on current processes and help implement recommendations;
  • Ensure internal controls for responsible areas are performed in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”);
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.

  • Accurate and up‑to‑date financial records and reconciliations.
  • Timely support and completion of assigned accounting tasks.
  • Compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
